It's pretty much Twitter but less toxicity (so far). There seems to be more methods of crowd control like invite codes or waitlists being the only way to join right now. There are also mute lists you can subscribe to so you're not always having to go around muting morons yourself. I have an invite code if you want it, just PM me for it.
