Slow control, sometimes i didn't catch another "point"

I unlocked Metamancer and Notesman, but achivement doesn't shows. That Happend when after complete dungeon mode and same time before i choose class, i unlocked new classes, but achivement doesn't show.
Edit: I trying get achivement "Ragelord" and i kill more 5 or 8 enemies using instant charge i get nothing.
